Boris Cyrulnik a French psychiatrist created and developped this concept of resilience which is of great use. It is quite far from the four points and for sure it has nothing to do with results.

Sam, you sent this resilience message out about a year ago when I was going through some hard times. I want you to know that the message was just what I needed to get past that time in my life. I have also shared this message with so many others who were able to look at their problems in a different light!! You have truly found your calling in life, touching so many other lives and encouraging a bunch of folks! Happy New Year to you. I know this is going to be a wonderful year!!

True Sam,
Thanks for sharing the Great Sectrets.

Great People become Great with a firm Determination & Focus while Learning & Applying the vast pool of knowledge, Believing themselves and the intentions of the CREATOR And Staying Motivated by their Goal.

As per our researches- the achievers are able to achieve whatever they desire ONLY BECAUSE they are able to control their Thought Pattern (shifting from negative to positive) & this is POSSIBLE with the adoption of 4H- PHILOSOPHY--The Achiever's Philosophy.

HAPPY.
HEALTHY
HELPING OTHERS
HONESTLY

Someone with a great attitude once said -

I have only just this minute,
Only sixty seconds in it.
Forced upon me, can't refuse it.
Didn't seek it, didn't choose it.
But it's up to me to use it.
Give account if I abuse it.
Just a tiny little minute,
but eternity is in it.

Anonymous

I don't take this nearly seriously enough.

Thanks for the wisdom shared here.

If ever there was an attitude of "positive thinking" put forth before, I haven't seen it. Don't forget mistakes...learn from them. Build on successes. Yesterday is gone...Tomorrow isn't here yet....We have TODAY... make it the best "today" you can. Then you won't need to make excuses to yourself.

I defiantly think there are " mistakes" , but that doesn't preclude them from also being "lessons" They are not mutually exclusive.

Some" mistake- lessons " cost a high price, others less. Some times it is hard to know the cost, and we hardly ever do know up front what the total cost will be.

Being able to let go of past mistakes, while appreciating the lesson in not easy, if it were, everyone would do it.

Having a faith in Christ helps people receive that forgiveness, and power to do things differently.

We are all in the process of learning, so being a gracious person is very important, but so is choosing the individuals that are in your inner core. Having people around me that are doing well, and have the traits that I want to encourage in myself that been one of the best things I have done.

They don't let me slip into negative thinking that I often excuse in myself.

Find a good friend who knows how to discipline themselves while still being kind to other people, and ask them how they do it. We can learn from each other, which is what this network is all about.]

When we teach each other good things, how to do things the right way to get the results and personal satisfaction of knowing we did an excellent job, the best we could do at the moment, then we can sleep at night without worrying about our future.

When we ask ourselves if we showed up the way we wanted to in life and can answer "yes" then we can have peace. It doesn't mean perfect, it is about effort , attitude and character.

There also is something to seeking the will for the plan and purpose in a season in a career, or a profession. Sometimes there are pathways on careers that are not a good fit. That doesn't mean that someone failed, just that it did not fit the purpose they were created for. Trying to find that groove is challenging at times.

Delays often involves struggles that increase patience, and wisdom. It is a test of inner trust how you wait and what you do with the delay. You can use it effectively to gain new skills, get stronger, do a little side networking, hone skills, or you can be frustrated and complain.

I have done both and hate the results of complaining!. I resolve this year to beat my tendency to self- pity and complaining and comparing myself to others, and just work on my own goals.
I think I will be much nicer to be around .

I think this is true, but sometimes things get in your way of making a dream reality. I also think that our dreams and goals have a right time and place in our lives. I think that you should always dream no matter what; set your goals and keep working toward them ....if there are delays, its because it is not the right time or place in your life.
