There's a sense in which it is true, cause we need to be busy, to renew life, to achieve and keep moving.

On the other hand, there's a real place for rest in life. That's why we need periods of vacation, short breaks, etc. At the end of one's career, won't we need to take a rest? I think we do need to slow down, then, go easy, relax and retire in the twilight years, as we cannot achieve then, what we could easily do, now. In life, there's time for every purpose; a time to work and a time to rest!
