Thank you. Great inspiration on a hard day. I was recently with a group of middle school girls. We were talking about leadership. What is it? How do you recognize it? How do you lead when you’re not the leader? One of the girls said: “Unless it’s going to kill you, you punch through.” She knows how to Cross The Line.
